Physical Vapor Deposition (PVD)
PVD is a vacuum-based coating method that uses evaporation or sputtering to transfer atoms or molecules from the coating material to the substrate, forming a thin film. This enhances properties such as hardness, wear resistance, and corrosion resistance, making it ideal for tooling, molds, and decorative applications.

Testing Services

YueQian Laser offers a full range of material performance testing services, including micro-scale (nano-level) measurements, microstructure and composition analysis, hardness testing, tensile, bending, fatigue, friction, wear, and salt-spray corrosion resistance tests.
